Our non-profit mindful movement and meditation classes provide a holistic approach to well-being. We combine gentle, flowing movements with guided meditation and breathwork to help release tension, quiet the mind, and find a sense of calm. We create a positive, supportive, all inclusive environment where you can explore your inner landscape while connecting with others on a similar journey.
Classes are offered on a donation or membership bases to ensure accessibility for everyone. Your donations supports our mission to bring theses practices to you and your community. Help us expand our reach to those who need it most.
Class take place in various locations through out the greater San Antonio area inside and out. Please refer to the schedule below.
